Chicken Adobo

about 6 boneless/skinless chicken thighs

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic

Put all ingredients (including the chicken) into a sauce pan with a lid. Bring to a boil then turn it down to a simmer for 60min.


I was at work and asked one of the philipino ladies what they cook that is yummy and easy and this was it! There is nothing to it and Jaxson eats it all up! I serve it with rice and usually broccoli.

  1. sooo yummy and easy and made the house smell yummy. i served it with rice, broccoli and corn on the cob.....Bayli ate all the chicken and wanted more and more!
